What to Expect at Your Visit

We want your first visit to be straightforward and comfortable. Here is what to know before you arrive.

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to confirm coverage for your specific plan before your appointment. Our front desk team is happy to verify benefits and discuss any billing questions.

For accurate skin testing results, please avoid antihistamines for the recommended period before your appointment — your clinician will provide specific instructions when you schedule. Bring a list of all current medications and any prior allergy test results if available.

New patients are asked to complete registration and medical history forms before their first visit. You may fill these out online prior to arrival or on-site — either way, please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

If immunotherapy is recommended, your treatment schedule will be discussed in detail during your follow-up visit. Shots are typically administered in our office with a short observation period afterward. Sublingual immunotherapy may be prescribed for home use.
